Mell Square Masterplan - Solihull

In 2021, Solihull Council acquired Mell Square in Solihull, with the intention of redeveloping the area as part of the Town Centre Masterplan. Demolition of the existing buildings has commenced from July/August 2026 meaning the area will now start to change drastically.

I will use this space to document via a suite of images, the changing landscape of the town over the coming months and years.
